I love my doll! She’s exactly as advertised and the customer service was great! Just be careful to read the description because my doll is pretty heavy and I was not anticipating that but for me it’s okay because I can just buff up a little to learn to carry her but for some it may be a medical issue. Also be aware that the fingers on the doll are very thin and bony so be careful when transferring not to damage them because I almost did and I saw another reviewer who complained about how he had broken a finger on a different doll. Other than that I have no complaints, I’m in love with her!
